We carefully source premium fabrics selected for their quality, comfort, and durability. Depending on the collection, our garments may feature natural fibers, luxurious blends, and custom-developed textiles chosen to complement each design.



How do I choose the right size?

 

Every product page includes a detailed size guide with garment measurements. If you're between sizes or would like personalized advice, our Client Services team will be delighted to assist you.



Do you restock sold-out pieces?

 

Some signature designs may return, while many seasonal styles are produced in limited quantities. We recommend joining the waitlist or subscribing to our newsletter to receive updates on future availability.



How long will my order take to arrive?

 

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, and tracking information will be shared once your order has been shipped.



Do you offer international shipping?

 

Yes. ISHÉ Atelier ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your destination.



What is your return policy?

 

We accept returns on eligible items within the specified return window, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Items marked as Final Sale or customized pieces cannot be returned.



Can I exchange my order?

 

Yes. Eligible products may be exchanged for another size or, where available, another item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. However cross border exchange or return is not available due to logistic issue.



Can I cancel or modify my order?

 

If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact Client Services as soon as possible after placing your order.



How should I care for my garment?

 

Each garment includes care instructions on its label. We recommend following these guidelines carefully to preserve the fabric, structure, and finish of your piece for years to come.



Are your garments limited edition?

 

Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and reduce unnecessary overproduction. Availability may not be repeated once a style has sold out.



Do you offer gift packaging?

 

Yes. Every ISHÉ Atelier order is presented in our signature luxury packaging, making it suitable for gifting.
