Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

For orders shipped within India, the estimated delivery time is:
7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems and may take time to appear.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ISHÉ ATELIER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to ensure that a secure delivery location is available.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will assist in working with the courier partner where possible.
10. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer actions, any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, or additional charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
