At ISHÉ ATELIER, we strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the terms below.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging where possible.
- Be free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage caused by the customer.
ISHÉ ATELIER reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item. Any additional shipping charges for sending the replacement item may also apply.
4. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for:
- Size changes
- Product exchanges of equal value
- Product exchanges of higher value (customer pays the difference)
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.
5. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.
- Additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges associated with the return shipment.
- ISHÉ ATELIER is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards
- Promotional or complimentary items
- Final sale products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Limited edition products marked as non-returnable
8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Upon verification, ISHÉ ATELIER will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
9. RETURN PROCESS

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
ISHÉ ATELIER reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that:
- Do not meet the eligibility requirements.
- Show signs of wear, use, washing, or damage.
- Are returned outside the permitted return period.
11. POLICY CHANGES
ISHÉ ATELIER reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
